MUSIC ON THE PLAZA Series | Thursday from 6pm - 8pm

BOBBY & THE BLISTERS (New Orleans Jazz Funk)
More than just a jazz band, THE BLISTERS’ “in your face” style of New Orleans party music has people dancing in the seats, in the aisles, and on their feet! Depending on who’s asking, BOBBY & THE BLISTERS are an R&B, jazz, or Creole/Zydeco band. Centered around singer/pianist/song stylist Bobby Gangloff, he’ll have you believing he’s an original New Orleans barrelhouse piano-pounder. Saxophonist and dance master Ron McCode (recently named an “up-and-coming artist” on BET) uses a wireless mic to mingle with the fans. Providing THE BLISTERS back-beat is a drummer of unique and sophisticated drum styles, Todd Walker.   Visit their website >>  |   Visit their Facebook page >>

JP SOARS & THE GYPSY BLUE ACOUSTIC REVIEW (Gypsy Jazz)
JP Soars & The Gypsy Blue Acoustic Review brings 1930s and 1940s “Gypsy Jazz” to life. They transport the listener to another place and time, and bring a genre of timeless music, popularized by the famous and influential gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt, to people who may not be familiar with its timeless beauty and earthy magic. As the band says, "It's very fun, exciting, and challenging music."

MUSIC ON THE PLAZA Series | Thursday from 6pm - 8pm

BOSS GROOVE (Funky Dance Party)
Boss Groove, a seven-piece “wall of sound,” raises the roof with “rock, pop, funk, R&B, hip hop, and ska,” covering a diverse range of artists from early Chicago to the latest Red Hot Chili Peppers, and its own original material into one totally dynamic performance. Boss Groove is a "ready to get down and get funky" event. Disclaimer: Short-term exposure to Boss Groove is known to cause excessive “dancing,” “booty-shaking,” and “loss of perfectly good motor skills.” There is no known cure, so please Groove responsibly!
