Zumba- A dance class that promises to be so much fun that you won’t even realize you’re working out. This class fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Tuesdays; Oct 12- December 14, 6:00-7:00pm Hyp Yoga- This class combines mind/body changing tools such as yoga and hypnosis to allow you to reach your goals while allowing you to live consciously. The weight loss Hyp-Yoga is an eight week course. Thursdays; Oct, 7- Dec 2, 6-7:30pm Boot Camp- A ten-week indoor/outdoor fitness class with nutritional tips, weekly measurements and weigh-ins. You’ll get back to basics with lots of calisthenics, push-ups and squats. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Tuesdays and Thursday; Aug 24-Nov 11, 6-7pm.
